• What is Reiki?/ Learn how Reiki works
• The Seven Chakras (what they relate to and corresponding emotions & issues)
• Learning to scan the chakras
• The importance self treatment
• Hand positions for self treatment and for treating others
• A Look at The Human Aura – perform scanning, cleansing and protecting
• Grounding techniques
• How to use Reiki in your everyday life
• Students will learn to give and receive a full Reiki treatment

On completion students will receive:

• Reiki Level 1 Certificate & Manual
• Ongoing follow up and support from Heartcentred Healing
