Hello, and welcome!
Edel O’Rourke has been involved in health & safety teaching and instruction for over 15 years.
In 2016 Edel decided to follow a passion that she’s held for many years for holistic healing, and qualified as a Reiki Practitioner (Levels I, II & III).
Edel’s admiration and interest in the late Dolores Cannon’s work then led her to qualify as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)© Practitioner.
This technique involves facilitating a one to one hypnosis session with clients interested in exploring past life experiences with a view to healing issues they are experiencing in their current lifetime. The session involves gaining insights and making connections to help the client heal.
No two clients are the same, so every healing session is tailored accordingly to that client’s specific needs.
Edel will do her best to assist you to explore, find balance and heal – helping to bring a sense of joy back into your life and discover your true path in life.
